Day One PS4 bundle still available says Asda

With less than two weeks remaining until the UK’s PS4 release date, supermarket chain Asda has confirmed that Day One PS4 bundles are still available to buy.

Giving eager gamers a final chance to secure their next-gen Sony consoles for the day of launch, Asda has announced a new PS4 bundle deal which will be shipped in time for the imminent November 29 PS4 release date.

The Day One PS4 bundle which sees the 500GB PlayStation 4 console packaged with a copy of

Killzone: Shadow Fall will set wannabe owners back £385, up on the console’s standard £349 fee.

Despite the PS4’s nearing arrival, according to Asda, the “item is available to pre-order for free delivery on release date.”

Although the Day One PS4 bundles are limited to one per customer, in an attempt to further sweeten the deal, Asda has announced that all PS4 pre-orders placed with it will be rewarded with £5 off an addition PS4 game purchase.

A warning on the company’s PS4 bundles pages reads: “Guaranteed Day 1 Stock. 1 Console per Customer. Asda reserves the right to cancel multiple orders.”

News of Day One PS4 bundles still being available through Asda clashes with confirmation earlier this week that online retailer Amazon has already sold out of its PS4 stock up to and including the festive period. Amazon has announced that all new PS4 pre-orders will now not be shipped until after the festive period.

“Customers who pre-order this console from November 14 will receive their consoles after Christmas,” Amazon has stated on its PS4 product page.
